Spooky Science Fun!
It’s back! Join Walking Mountains on Sat. Oct. 26 from Noon-4:00pm for the ultimate family Halloween event packed with science-themed fun! Come in costume and explore a day of hands-on discovery and festive activities for all ages.
This year’s theme, “Science Goes Medieval,” promises thrilling adventures. Young alchemists can craft magical potions, test your skills with knightly challenges, create medieval shields, explore ancient astronomy, and master catapult construction. Every activity blends spooky excitement with educational thrills.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Don’t miss this fun-filled journey back to the Middle Ages, in the heart of our community!

TICKETS: Fright at the Museum tickets are $20/person. Children 3 and under are free. The event will be held rain, snow, or shine. Buy your tickets today, the event will sell out!
PARKING: Please park in the Elk Lot on Route 6, just west of the Beaver Creek Resort entrance. Vail Coach will run shuttles between the Elk Lot and Walking Mountains throughout the day, starting at 11:30am. No parking will be available at the Walking Mountains Avon Tang campus.
