Does your restaurant throw away food scraps, food that is left behind, or food leftovers? Does your brewery give more to the landfill than it does to local farmers and ranchers? Come learn how easy it is to reduce your waste by sending that food and organic waste to the compost facility or nearby farm! With expert guidance, attendees will learn all about implementation of a compost waste stream, how this could save your restaurant or brewery hundreds of dollars, and what this could mean for our community.
