Hannah Taub is a Naturalist Intern at Walking Mountains Science Center. She grew up in Washington, D.C., and first discovered her love of nature at sleepaway camp in the mountains of Maryland. Prior to coming to Walking Mountains, she lived in France, where she worked as an English Teaching Assistant in middle and high schools. Hanah graduated in 2018 from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and French and Geological Sciences minors. She has a passion for the outdoors and hiking, and is particularly interested in the conservation of public lands and of big cat populations. Hannah also enjoys reading books of all kinds, baking banana bread and other treats, and running.
