Christina (she/her) graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in biology. Growing up in Washington, exploring the surrounding mountains and forests, ignited her love for the outdoors and inspired her to find ways to help preserve natural spaces. She has worked a variety of jobs involving education, sustainability, and conservation. The jobs ranged from presenting science programs at schools to working at local farms to restoration projects with the Washington Conservation Corps. During any outdoor outing, she is always on the lookout for new insects, mushrooms, and plants to identify. When she is not outside either working, hiking or backpacking, she is most likely dancing, singing, or amid an art project. This summer she is looking forward to roaming in the Rockies, seeing the different flora and fauna, and connecting people to the outdoors!
