Courtney Bryan
Energy Programs Coordinator
Courtney grew up in Metro-Detroit but spent much of her childhood in the Northwoods. It was there that she grew an interest in the natural world and realized the threat of climate change. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies & Sustainability from Northern Michigan University and since then, she has looked for ways to fight climate change. She joined Walking Mountains first as a Sustainability Intern and fell in love with the area. She returns from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula as a Sustainability Program Coordinator for Residential Energy Programs.
In her free time, you can find Courtney hiking and camping with her husband, attempting to fly fish, skiing in the winter, or hanging out with their cat Mira.
