Kate Toroxel

Kate (she/her) was born and raised in Texas. At a young age, she quickly fell in love with spending time outdoors and in nature. Surrounded by the vast Texas plains and unique wildlife, Kate knew she wanted to pursue a career working outdoors. After working in the summer camp industry for three years, she realized how much she loved working with children and wanted to continue her passion for environmental education. Now living in Missouri, Kate is a recent graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Natural Resources. When she’s not spending time with her cats or reading, she can be found planning her next camping trip or finding a new trail to hike.
