Jayden Floyd

Jayden (she/her) grew up in the big city of Charlotte, NC. Trips to local parks and the Blue Ridge Parkway helped her discover a love for nature and passion for environmental stewardship. She is excited to move to the Colorado mountains to meet other passionate individuals and gain further experience, as she takes a break from completing her B.A. in Environmental Science. She learned how much she enjoyed working with children in nature last year as an Environmental Educator Assistant, and is excited to see the impact she will have on the community as she joins Walking Mountains!

In her free time you can find Jayden outdoors, hiking or bike riding. She also enjoys cooking, crafting, and thrifting.
