Grace Soenksen
Grace was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she spent as much time outdoors as possible and still considers nature her happy place. She attended Concordia University Nebraska, where she played soccer and earned a degree in Biology with a concentration in Conservation, along with minors in Geography and Environmental Studies. She returned for a fifth year to continue playing soccer while also completing a Master’s-level certificate in Human Resources.
Since graduating, Grace has enjoyed coaching soccer at both Concordia and her former high school. While coaching has been a rewarding experience, she’s excited to now focus on her true passion: connecting people with the natural world. She’s thrilled to be moving to Colorado, where the mountains offer a refreshing change from the Nebraska cornfields she grew up around.
In her free time, Grace enjoys birding, baking, going on walks with her dog, playing soccer, sand volleyball, and even a bit of pickleball!
