Creatures of the Night Walk

October 30

Join us for a Halloween celebration in the spooky year of 2020. Creatures of the Night Walk is a twist on our traditional Halloween event, Fright at the Museum, allowing for social distancing, limited (and sanitized) hands-on games and family fun.

Creatures of the Night Walk will lead you through our haunted forest to learn and participate in fun activities focusing on animals that creep through the night.Don’t forget your costume!

Children must be accompanied by an adult. All groups will be asked to stay together as one unit at all times and will be required to wait for a specific time slot within your hour to allow for spacing along the trail. The walk should take between 40-60 minutes once you have begun.

Face coverings are required for the entire event, even outdoors.

The registration fee is $15 for up to 6 people. We will allow multiple families to walk together with a capacity of 12 people total. If you would like to attend the walk with another family you will be asked to check-in as one group at the event but register your individual family separately.

All registrants will be emailed with specific information in regards to check-in, parking and event map prior to the event.

Proceeds from the event are used to enhance and expand Walking Mountains Science Center’s programming so that even more people can participate and benefit from our unique, hands-on science education in the future. All sales are final.

Masks are required, costume gloves recommended, bring your own flashlight/headlamp!

This event is made possible by the Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation.
