Cat Moloney

Sustainability Programs Coordinator

Cat Moloney (she/her) grew up in Ohio and comes from generations of farmers who have instilled in her a reverence for the earth. Cat moved to Eagle County in 2016 to get a change of scenery but after meeting her husband and starting a family, she is lucky enough to call Eagle County her home. Cat found her academic calling in the sustainability program at Colorado Mountain College in Edwards. She graduated in 2023 with a degree in Sustainability Studies. After completing an internship at Walking Mountains Science Center, she has continued on as the Sustainability Programs Coordinator for Sustainable Business. Cat works with local businesses to incorporate sustainability best practices in their operations, meet the Actively Green certification, and increase the network of green businesses here in Eagle County.
You might find Cat snowboarding, cross-country skiing (poorly!), reading, or spending time with her husband and new baby. She is dying to talk to anyone about the book that she just finished, so reach out to discuss sustainable business or your favorite book.
